2. The student (including PhD student) status shall be confirmed by a valid document or letter from supervisor and sent to QSAR2025@marionegri.it during the registration process.  
3. To qualify as Exhibitor one must purchase an exhibition package, please email QSAR2025@marionegri.it for options.

Note: ‍
- Registration will open in March.
- For each abstract, at least one author must be registered.

THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES
- Access to scientific sessions and plenary talks
- Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference
- Electronic access to the Conference Proceedings
- Social events and Welcome Reception (complimentary)
- Extra fee applied for the conference dinner (optional, see costs in the table above)

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fees will be refunded in case the cancellation is made at the latest on 9th May 2025 COB. There will be no refund for cancellations made after that date. In all cases, payment-handling costs will be deducted from the amount of refund.

‍TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
If the registered person cannot participate to the conference due to objective reasons, the registration can be transferred to another author of the abstract.
