21^st International workshop on QSAR in Environmental and Health Sciences

Oral presentations:

The length of the regular oral presentations is 15 minutes. In addition, there are 5 minutes for questions and discussion, including changeover with the next presenter. Keynote speakers have 25 minutes for the presentation, in addition to 5 minutes for questions and discussion, including changeover with the next presenter.
The time is controlled by the session chairpersons.
Presenters for the first section on the 3rd of June are kindly requested to send their presentation file in Microsoft PowerPoint format to the Organizing committee (QSAR2025@marionegri.it) by the 2nd of June COB at latest. Presenters of the following sections can share their file through mail or approach some of the staff members to be assisted in the transfer of the presentations from other devices. Screen will be 16:9 so this format is highly preferred for your presentation. Authors must assure that all fonts needed are embedded in their presentation files.

All presenters are encouraged to provide a short biosketch (max. 4 lines) to the Organizing committee via email (QSAR2025@marionegri.it) to facilitate chairpersons in their introduction.

Poster presentation:

There will a poster session each day associated to coffee breaks or lunch breaks.
Each poster is displayed during the full duration of the conference. Posters must be in place before the first poster section on June 3rd.
The posters are displayed in a poster area. In the poster sessions, authors are expected to be present in front of their poster and answer questions, if contacted by interested participants.
Poster dimensions and layout:

• Maximum poster size is A0 (841×1189 mm)
• Poster boards are vertical, therefore only portrait posters are allowed
• Poster boards are numbered, and your poster number is found in the workshop material
• Poster fixing material is provided by the organizers in the poster area

We encourage following these guidelines:

• Make the text readable from a distance of 1.5-2.0 meters
• Keep the poster text brief
• Use bullet points instead of long paragraphs
• Use clear fonts and simple backgrounds
• Please provide contact details on the poster or a business card next to the poster
• Envelope for comments or questions will help you get feedback for your study (may be provided by the organizers upon request)
